Keep the Door Locked Anomaly Evidence Checklist
An anomaly entry should be supported by observable evidence, not only by a remembered name or rumor.
Evidence sources
- Camera: what changed in the visitor or hallway feed?
- Peephole: does the close view match the camera?
- Dialogue: does the story follow the current rule?
- Room state: is there a window, bathroom, breaker, or indoor threat?
- Timing: did the change happen before or after the knock?
Confidence labels
Verified means observed in the current build with a screenshot or clip. Reported means multiple players describe it but the page lacks first-party proof. Unknown means the route still needs testing.
